Sandrine Guérin was born in Neuilly sur Marne, France. She lives and works in New York, NY. She received her MA in Sociology from the University of Paris-X, France (1995), and her MFA from the School of Visual Arts, New York (1998). She participated in several group shows at museums and galleries including The New York Public Library, Baron/Boisanté Gallery, Nicole Klagsbrun Gallery, Leslie Tonkonow Artworks + Projects in New York, Katonah Museum of Art, Katonah, NY; French Institute, Berlin, Germany; Musée d’Art et d’Histoire, Geneva, Switzerland.
Her work is in the permanent collections of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York Public Library, Rhode Island School of Design Art Museum, The Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, England, as well as corporate and private collections.
